Is the colour I see on the website the actual colour of the item?

Yes, all products advertised in the store are true colour and style.

What if I think I have a defective product?

While we aim to have zero defects in our products, it can and does happen. If you believe that you have received a faulty or defective product please call or email us as soon as possible and we will send out a new unit. 

Can I return my purchase in a retail store?

No, at the moment the only location of purchase is online or word of mouth. However, we are working on partnering with regional welding shops. 

How can I return faulty products?

Call or email us as soon as possible and we will direct you through the return process.
