Refund Policy
If you received a damaged item or wish to exchange for resizing please contact us immediately for exchange/refund instructions and return approval. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, heavily worn, or any constituted use in the field. Customers have a 30 day window to initiate the refund process.
Refund will be issued to original card used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement. Please contact your bank prior to contacting us if you do not see the refund in your account. Some banks take a little longer. *No refunds for purchases made in error. Exchange only, for equal value or store credit.
We do not pay, credit or refund for shipping. Returned products must be in original unused condition.
